FanQ Playbook ("FanQ") is operated by RTMB Holdings LLC. This policy describes what information FanQ collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
When you create an account we collect your email address and password (managed by our authentication provider, Supabase). You may optionally add a display name and username; these are visible to friends you connect with in the Standings.
FanQ stores your learning activity — lessons completed, quiz answers, Season Score, and friend connections — so your progress syncs across sessions. We collect usage analytics through Mixpanel (screens viewed, lessons started and completed, and similar events, along with basic device information) to understand how FanQ is used and improve it. Crash and error diagnostics are collected through Sentry. If you enable push notifications, we store a device push token to deliver them; you can turn notifications off at any time in Settings or your device settings.
Season Pass purchases are processed by Apple. FanQ receives confirmation of your purchase status (via RevenueCat) to unlock your content, but never sees or stores your payment details.
We use your information to provide and improve FanQ: syncing your progress, showing friends-only standings, delivering notifications you have enabled, fixing crashes, and understanding which lessons and features work. We do not sell your personal information, and FanQ contains no third-party advertising.
Information is shared only with the service providers that run FanQ — Supabase (database and authentication), Mixpanel (analytics), Sentry (diagnostics), Expo (push delivery), RevenueCat and Apple (purchases) — and only as needed to operate the product. Your display name, username, and Season Score are visible to users you have accepted as friends. FanQ is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there.
Your data is retained while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all of the data in it at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Analytics and diagnostic records already held by our providers may persist separately under their own retention schedules.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time from Profile → Delete Account, or make any other request using the contact address below. We do not sell personal information, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information to provide FanQ under our agreement with you, for our legitimate interest in improving and securing the product, and with your consent where consent is required (for example, push notifications); you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
FanQ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy as FanQ evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Questions or requests: support@fanqplaybook.com.
