These terms govern your use of FanQ Playbook ("FanQ"), operated by RTMB Holdings LLC. By creating an account or using FanQ you agree to them.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use FanQ.
FanQ grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app and its content for your own learning. Lesson content, diagrams, and branding are the property of RTMB Holdings LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
The Season Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase processed by Apple. It permanently unlocks the purchased module’s lessons and season features for your account — there is no subscription and nothing renews. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s standard App Store terms.
Do not misuse FanQ: no attempts to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, or use FanQ for anything unlawful. Display names and usernames must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may remove content or accounts that violate this.
FanQ teaches football concepts for educational purposes. While lessons are reviewed for accuracy, FanQ makes no guarantees and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Football League or any team.
You may stop using FanQ and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
FanQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTMB Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FanQ.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of FanQ will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@fanqplaybook.com.
